FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We make every effort to provide our customers with products that look the same as the images displayed on our website pages. However please keep in mind that photographs have a difficult time showing exact colors and that the actual color of a product may vary slightly from what is shown in one of our website images. We work hard to update our website descriptions and images as soon as we aware of noticeable variations in our products that customers may find unacceptable.
You may request returns for most items you buy from us. Please refer to our Returns policy. Please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the Order Number, details, and reason to return we will initiate a pickup. Once the pickup courier agent reaches you, you can be handed over the package to him.
If your order/return is eligible for a refund we will initiate the refund immediately. Once the refund is initiated it will take 5 to 15 working days to reflect the refund amount in your payment source.
- If the order is not shipped at the time of your refund request the full amount refunded to your payment source.
- If the product has any manufacturing defect, Shipment damages, and Delivery problems full amount is refunded to your payment source.
- Other situations like wrong order placed, product change, etc. shipping cost is deducted from the refund amount
Restocking of items is totally relative and can not be guaranteed for all items on the store. If you are interested in an “out of stock” item, please do bring it to our notice by sending us a mail, and we would get back to you on the availability of the product.
